within this package, you will train with a coach for a week (4 PT sessions) where you will be capable of asking any questions. you will not only be shown every exercise but you will also be placed under a trainer for assessment and personalization of a program. the trainer will go over technique, nutrition, and supplementation, providing you with all the basic and necessary information needed to train smart and proficiently, 

but most importantly learn how the pros do it!
