New To Training?

The gym is for everyone, regardless the weight, age or disability. Don't worry about not knowing what to do in the gym, our staff is always there to help you out and show you around. Do you feel like you need a little more guidance?

We invite you to join us for a free assessment where you will be with one of our coaches for 45 minutes, we will try to answer any questions you'll have for us and try to inform you as well as we can.

What we offer?

Personal Training

One-on-one training session between you and a personal trainer

​

The trainer will create a customized workout plan based on your fitness goals, health status, and fitness level. The trainer also provides guidance on proper form and technique, and monitors your progress over time to ensure that you are making progress towards your goals. Personal training is ideal for individuals who want to achieve specific fitness goals, need motivation and accountability, or have unique health concerns that require specialized attention.

Monitored Training

Semi-private training session with up to three people and one coach

The coach creates a workout plan that is tailored to each individual's fitness goals, health status, and fitness level. The coach also provides guidance on proper form and technique, and monitors each client's progress over time to ensure that they are making progress towards their goals. Monitored training provides the benefits of personalized coaching at a reduced cost, while also adding the power of community into the equation.
